Born and raised in the Renaissance Community, Chloe is now a bicoastal actress currently based in New York City. She is an alum of the University of Michigan's Musical Theatre program (BFA), with additional training from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA).​

 She has led numerous theatrical productions, including the regional premiere of NATASHA, PIERRE AND THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 (Natasha Rostova) at The Hangar Theatre, and made her television debut as a recurring guest star on LAW AND ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIM'S UNIT (Maria Garcia, Season 24).  She performed internationally with the Trentino Music Festival in Imer, Italy, and made her professional debut at seventeen opening for Leslie Odom Jr. at The Boston Pops.

Chloe has studied piano for over a decade, in addition to screenwriting and Shakespeare. In her free time, she loves leftist debates, archery, and her rescue cat, Tybalt.
